My CEDITRAA story
“Joining CEDITRAA as its academic research coordinator, I am happy to support an excellent team working with different scientific approaches on transregional topics. I am fascinated by how production and distribution modes can be better understood through extensive research into the rich cultural practices connected to art, media and film. The focus on creative and innovative Africa and East Asia extends and revitalises the still often eurocentric viewpoints of public everyday discussions on innovation for a sustainable future. For me, this broadened perspective challenges conventional narratives, encouraging a reevaluation of existing paradigms. Coordinating the meetings of the research team, I broaden my unterstanding of the different viewpoints, theories and methods as well as communication styles in an interdisciplinary project.”
