My CEDITRAA story
“From the first moment of joining the CEDITRAA project as the academic research coordinator, I was amazed to become part of such a diverse and inspiring team of researchers. While I have studied transnational diffusion processes and applied institutionalist perspectives on norm entrepreneurship in my own political science research, it is fascinating for me to see how the concept of cultural entrepreneurship is being applied to simultaneously study the regional impact of Korean and Nigerian culture industries in their respective regions by scholars from so many different disciplines and with such a plurality of methods. It is really inspiring to observe and accompany the dialogues between these different academic perspectives in the regular CEDITRAA team meetings, which I coordinate.l appraisal, have long fascinated me as cases in point. I hope to come out of CEDITRAA with a better understanding of their respective dynamics and success.”
